maturo.io sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics scripts. To keep bots off the free tools we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the request without a cookie banner. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it.maturo.io plaatst geen tracking- of advertentiecookies en draait geen analyticsscripts. Request accessToegang aanvragen

When you request access we receive your name, email address, firm and any note you add. We use them to set up your login and to email you about your request, based on your consent. We keep the request in our customer records so we can follow up, and delete it when you ask.Als je toegang aanvraagt ontvangen we je naam, e-mailadres, organisatie en een eventuele toelichting. We gebruiken die om je login klaar te zetten en je over je aanvraag te mailen, op basis van je toestemming. We bewaren de aanvraag in ons klantenbestand om je op te volgen, en verwijderen hem als je daarom vraagt.

The Self-scanDe Self-scan

Your answers, your sector and the optional size and region are stored without your name or email, as one anonymous data point in the peer data for your sector. If you ask for your result by email, we send it to you and keep your address with a short note of your score in our customer records, so we can follow up as you agreed. The address is never stored with the scan data.Je antwoorden, je sector en de optionele omvang en regio worden opgeslagen zonder naam of e-mailadres, als één anoniem datapunt in de peerdata van je sector. Vraag je je resultaat per e-mail op, dan sturen we het je toe en bewaren we je adres met een korte notitie van je score in ons klantenbestand, zodat we je kunnen opvolgen zoals afgesproken. Het adres wordt nooit bij de scangegevens opgeslagen.

The Signal CheckDe Signal Check

We store the address of the site you check and the result, so the report has a link you can share. If you ask for the full report by email, we store that email address with the report and use it to send it to you.We slaan het adres van de gecontroleerde site en het resultaat op, zodat het rapport een link heeft die je kunt delen. Vraag je het volledige rapport per e-mail op, dan bewaren we dat e-mailadres bij het rapport en gebruiken we het om het je te sturen.

The appDe app

If you use app.maturo.io we store your email address, your role and the data your organisation enters. Sign-in uses a one-time link and a session cookie that is needed for the app to work and lasts up to 30 days.Gebruik je app.maturo.io, dan bewaren we je e-mailadres, je rol en de gegevens die je organisatie invoert. Inloggen gaat met een eenmalige link en een sessiecookie die nodig is om de app te laten werken en maximaal 30 dagen geldig is.

Quotes and contractsOffertes en contracten

When you accept a quote we store your name, job title, the billing details you enter, the time and the IP address of the acceptance, and the version of the terms you accepted. We need these to perform the contract and to invoice, and keep invoicing records for seven years as Dutch tax law requires.Als je een offerte accepteert bewaren we je naam, functie, de factuurgegevens die je invult, het tijdstip en IP-adres van de acceptatie en de versie van de voorwaarden die je accepteerde. Die hebben we nodig om de overeenkomst uit te voeren en te factureren. Factuurgegevens bewaren we zeven jaar, zoals de Nederlandse belastingwet voorschrijft.
